Did you try it instead of the old wineskin version with the winebottler version of which we are talking about all the time here lately? Or - even better - have you ever tried to compile your own winebottler package under Catalina, as described here in this thread (should be done the same way as in High Sierra) I can not say anything about Catalina because I stayed at High Sierra on my Macs for. So, I've been trying to get a WineSkin port of PCSX2 running on macOS High Sierra 10.13 GM Candidate, and it all installs perfectly, but when I go to run an ISO I can hear audio just fine, but no video is present. It doesn't matter which GSDX plugin version is selected. It's always the same result. I watched and followed this person's video.
